Camila's Pâtisserie

By accessing and using the Camila's Pâtisserie wholesale ordering portal ("Portal") at wholesale.camilaspatisserie.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Portal. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Vendor") and Camila's Pâtisserie LLC ("Company").

The Portal is available exclusively to pre-approved wholesale vendors. Accounts are created by Camila's Pâtisserie and credentials are provided directly to authorized representatives. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All orders placed through the Portal are subject to confirmation by Camila's Pâtisserie. Prices displayed on the Portal are wholesale prices and may be updated at any time without prior notice. An order is not binding until confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or credit issues.

Payment terms are established per vendor account (Immediate, Net 15, Net 30, or Net 60) and displayed on your account page. Vendors with extended payment terms are expected to remit payment by the due date shown on each invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of ordering privileges or adjustment of payment terms. We accept credit card, ACH bank transfer, check, wire transfer, Zelle, and cash payments.

Orders may be modified or cancelled before they are confirmed by our team. Once an order is confirmed and in production, modifications may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a confirmed order. Cancellation of confirmed orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Certain products may have minimum order quantities as displayed on the product listing. These minimums are enforced at the time of order submission.

All content on the Portal — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, and software — is the property of Camila's Pâtisserie LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Portal content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camila's Pâtisserie LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Portal or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
