Fulfillment Options
We offer two fulfillment methods: Delivery to your business address by our drivers, and Pickup from our production facility. Your preferred method is configured on your vendor account.
Delivery Area & Fees
Delivery is available within the Miami-Dade and Broward County areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery zone and displayed at checkout. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are scheduled based on the fulfillment date confirmed by our team. Orders placed before the daily cutoff time are eligible for next-day fulfillment. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following business day.
Receiving Deliveries
An authorized representative must be available to receive the delivery. Our driver may capture a photo and/or signature as proof of delivery. Products must be inspected upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.
Cold Chain & Handling
Our products are perishable and must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Camila's Pâtisserie is not responsible for product quality deterioration after delivery if proper storage conditions are not maintained by the vendor.
Missed Deliveries
If no authorized representative is available to receive a delivery, the driver will attempt to leave the order in a safe location or return the products to our facility. A redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.
