Refund Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in the following cases: products received in damaged condition; incorrect items delivered; quality that does not meet our standards; or order errors on our part.
Reporting Issues
To request a refund or credit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with: your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected product(s). Contact wholesale@camilaspatisserie.com or call (786) 380-1386.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued as a credit to your vendor account to be applied to future orders, or as a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders, special-request items, and orders cancelled after production has begun are not eligible for refunds. Vendor-caused issues (incorrect delivery address, failure to refrigerate upon receipt) are not eligible for refunds.
