Food Safety & Allergen Disclosure

Allergen Information

Our products are manufactured in a facility that processes: wheat (gluten), eggs, milk (dairy), soy, tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, and walnuts), peanuts, and coconut. Cross-contamination is possible despite our best efforts. Vendors are responsible for informing their end customers of potential allergens.

Facility & Licensing

Camila's Pâtisserie operates under all applicable Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services food safety regulations. Our production facility maintains required health permits and undergoes regular inspections.

Product Labeling

Wholesale products are provided with ingredient lists and allergen declarations. It is the vendor's responsibility to properly label products for resale to end consumers in compliance with FDA and Florida labeling requirements.

Temperature & Storage

All products must be stored at proper refrigeration temperatures (36–40°F / 2–4°C) unless otherwise specified. Shelf life varies by product and is indicated on product packaging. Vendors are responsible for maintaining proper cold chain from the time of delivery.

Vendor Responsibility

As a wholesale vendor, you are responsible for: proper storage and handling of all products received; informing end consumers of allergen risks; maintaining food safety standards in your establishment; and complying with all local health regulations regarding resale of food products.
